So my company has me working out here in Washington, and so due to the freezing weather I felt the need for a bowl of hot PHO. I drove up with a coworker at 6:30pm stoked to have a bowl, and so we walk in… get seated… and the waitress says «go ahead and help yourself». I look around and dont see Phở anywhere……
