Disappointing. Tasteless.Phở was bland with undercooked noodles. Spring rolls were all noodles with maybe one piece of tofu and lettuce. They were wrapped so poorly (probably because of so many noodles) that they ripped and fell apart when you pulled them off the plate.At least in my experience it was a waste…
