Paul scheduled an appointment to start a job at my home first week in June 2014. I called him on Wednesday June 4th, 2 days after he said he would start. He said he had an equipment breakdown and would start the next Monday. He didn’t show up, or call, or respond to a text or phone call since. Flaked out.
