I have been a fan of Carter’s for a long time. I love love love their new place. The quality and unique favors is amazing. The only thing I don’t like is prices. They need some kid prices because ice cream for my two kids… the smallest thing on the menu… Cost me $ 13…so I prob won’t go their again…
