Tried again for take out. Had the Kansas city ribs. So dried out and rubbery, I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Called to complain, and the jerk who answered, who said he was the manager, gave me a hard time because I called the next day, even though I told him it was a 9pm carryout. I’m done trying this…
