Mediocre, overrated, rude, overcrowded… the list goes on. I realize the rudeness is part of the charm of Frank’s Diner, but it doesn’t charm me. There are far better places in Kenosha to grab breakfast than this. Cash only, extremely greasy and straight up not worth the wait.
