We made a quick stop here while heading south on IL Highway 69 toward New Glarus. I bought some braunschweiger, which was really nice, and not as fatty as many I’ve tried.The shop is nice and the meat looked good, though it didn’t seem to have the variety of some meat markets I have visited.
