Best 30 min workout you can get. Pushed you from round to round as you work different muscle groups with boxing and kickboxing. 3 min rounds followed by 30 sec of active rest (push-ups, burpees, etc). The price has gone up a bit but if you go regularly it can be worth the price and you should see some results.
