Terrible company. They waited to cash rent checks late in order to charge late fees, didn’t do anything when my mailbox got broken into and mail stolen, continued to charge me late fees for a «garbage fee» that I had paid in my original deposit, etc. need I go on? Avoid this company at all costs!
