In 1996 Chris was drawn to SEO when was looking for visibility for his own online projects. With a background in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Aeronautical Engineering Technology he began to see that there were over 100 variables in the algorithms which influence rankings. Tired of «here today gone tomorrow» rankings Chris learned it was possible to develop websites that conveyed what they offered and would naturally improve rankings as they aged.
