History

Established in 2008.

Bajpai Law Corporation first opened its office in Mission, British Columbia in 2008. In 2011 we moved 15 minutes away to the neighbouring city of Abbotsford. We have maintained our ties to Mission and continue to belong to the Mission Chamber of Commerce. We are now located in the historic downtown area of Abbotsford where the community is vibrant and engaging.

Business Owner

Vishal K Bajpai founded the firm in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. While at SFU he was a panel member on the Student Disciplinary Board and the Residence Appeal Board. Mr Bajpai was called to the Bar of British Columbia in July 2005. During his articles and later as an associate, Mr Bajpai practiced primarily personal injury, family, corporate and securities law. He has also been an agent of the Department of Justice and has appeared on behalf of federal crown on drug related offences and fisheries violations. Although he has a general practice, Mr Bajpai focuses on personal injury litigation, family, and employment law. Mr Bajpai is a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. He has coached minor league baseball teams and volunteers with Access Pro Bono to provide pro bono legal services to the residents of BC.
