Bradner General Store is a cute concept but the customer service is horrid and ruins any potential it had. The owner is rude and unhelpful. Whenever I very desperately needed gas in the past I have tried to go here as it is close to where I live, however whenever I arrive the owner just sits there reading his paper and doesn’t turn on the pump. I now would rather drive 5−10km out of the way and avoid the negative experience and waste of time.

A disgrace to Bradner. The man who owns this is extremely rude, sells poor quality product, and doesn’t put prices on product because he decides at the till how much he will charge. He refused my service when my motorcycle ran out of gas because 6 dollars was not an acceptable amount to charge to debit he said he would «lose money» I live in the community and after that experience I will never return to the store again and will encourage all others to boycott it as well. It’s a shame because the wife is a wonderful woman
