Came off the highway and saw this place to give it a try since there’s nothing where I live and honestly I throughly disgusted with this place. My husband ordered a chicken burger and got a chicken strip from our daughters meal in the burger as the chicken burger itself, our daughters 3 piece was a 5, my burger was really dry like the patties had been sitting for hours. My poutine was more bacon fries and cheese then gravy. I won’t be returning.

I had a chicken burger with a 2 inch size chicken piece in it. When I complained I was told that next time I come they will give me a bigger chicken breast. Seriously? So I filled out a comment card in store. On the card it says, «place completed card in comment box». There was no box in store. I asked the staff where the box was and I was told there isn’t one, just give the card to us. I told them that I’m complaining about you, if I give it to you, you are going to throw it away. They laughed, I have it to em and never heard back. About a month later I told this story to their customer service number, that was over a month ago from now and still haven’t heard anything back. Worst $ 8 burger I ever had and by far the rudest and worst customer service ever.

We drove here from Mission to give Carl’s Jr. a try. The service was fast friendly and the burgers were delicious. The milkshake was a great complement to my burger. Give it a try

An awesome place to get a good burger without waiting half an hour! Just found out that they do the lettuce wrap burgers as well so that just made it even better!

Took at least 15 min for my burger and the only reason I got my milkshake was I stood at the front counter for 5 min. I got the shake after ordering it 30 min earlier.
Another customer never did get their meal after ordering it 20 min before.
I won’t go back.

I took the wrong turn when I get off the highway and end up in this little plaza. I’ve always been a burger lover, and it was about lunch time, so I gave this lil burger joint a try. I ordered the portobello mushrooms burger. It’s a bit over priced with the size of the burger, but other than the price I have no other complaints. The party is juicy, the bun is homemade and chewy, the veggies were fresh and the mushroom is very nicely sauteed along with cheese. Now they are opening a new one in Port Coquitlam, and I am looking forward to it :)

I have always enjoyed Carl’s Jr. I’m glad they are in Canada. Their food is good. I was happy to see them here since its been awhile since I had been to one.

On a keto or other low carb diet? These guys know how to do it right! Get any burger wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun… at no extra charge. To die for!

Friendly service. clean .processed cheese one the burgers very salty… poutine also very salty…$$$=expensive

AVOID. We were completely denied service and asked to leave. My friend and I walked in at 6;30 on a Sunday night and there was a youth hockey team in there. We lined up and the mananger looked at us and said «it will be at least a half hour before we can serve you. You should leave.» Then he turned around and ignored us. No attempt at sympathy or apology. He just kicked us out of his restaurant. I am in my mid 30s so this is not some case of ageism against teenagers (not that it’s any better.) to make it even worse cars were going through the drive thru without issue.
I will never go back to this location or any Carls Jr again. It is one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Give your money to a restaurant that cares about its customers.

First time in Carl’s, just wanted a bite to eat. Menu is large and varied with breakfast as well as lunch. Chicken and fish included with the Angus burger choices. Spied a guacamole bacon thick burger and gave it a Try. Wow, a flavor explosion in my mouth. Guacamole was mildly spicy and the burger was delicious and juicy. The bun is freshly baked on site and is far and away the best bun I have had my teeth into in some time. Process were reasonable and all items are available as a meal or as a stand alone sandwich. Didn’t bother with the fries and pop and was well satisfied with this delicious flavorful sandwich. I will be back to try more of the menu, and from my first experience I would recommend to anyone, give Carl’s a try.

This is the best way to enjoy cheaper than fast food prices while mowin’ down on better than fast food,.quality fresh ingredients in a sit-​down– served at your table style family restaurant. Juicy grilled burgers,…hot, fresh crispy skin-​on shoestring fries and perfectly calibrated soda. Brilliant idea to order up front and go to your table and wait to be served,…great relaxed concept yet quick if you need to be. Great taste, value and convenience delivered straight to your table. Hell ya! If your gonna nosh some fast food, DON’T,. go out of your way to Carl’s Jr and you’ll forget its fast food and your wallet will still have $ for later.

Not really good.
This specific location is terrible.
We’ve always loved Carl’s Jr, but this one can’t even compare to the other locations we’ve visited.
I’m not sure how, but for three crispy burger, we paid $ 35.
Not worth it at all.
Waited for 10 min. before we even got our food, and the worst part is, it’s burnt!
We were so hungry and didn’t even bother to line up again to exchange our burger.
We were disappointed
