History

Established in 1984.

RE/​MAX Little Oak Realty was founded in 1977 by Don Goertz Sr., my father. It was natural for me to follow in Dad’s footsteps to become a REALTOR and it has been a great choice.

The most important thing I learned from Dad was to «Treat People Right». It stands to reason the importance of such a statement when you consider that your home is likely the most important investment that you have. So over the past 30+ years I have tried to make sure I followed Dad’s advice.

That advice has guided me as an Agent, as the Manager of the office and eventually as the owner of RE/​MAX Little Oak Realty.

Recently, I have come full circle and have now returned to the Real Estate business as an Agent. My purpose and objective is to build a solid relationship with my clients so there is a high level of trust. In order to do this, there must also be high degrees of competency and market knowledge.

He is Husband to Sonya since 1975, father to Donavan, Byron and Kim and Grandfather to 8 of the greatest kids in the world. These would be the most important accomplishments of his life.

Don enjoys a good book, good movies, walks by the ocean and has a curiosity about many things.
