For over five years we have been considered one of the best restaurants in town, and become a meeting place for the business people in the Fraser Valley and everyone’s special occasion restaurant as well as just going out for dinner. History

Established in 1980.

All legends start somewhere; Our family history in restaurants started in Montréal, in the 60’s. My dad, mom and Uncle Joe, after working a few years at Dominion Food Stores they decided to buy their first restaurant. It was located outside of Montréal in Chomedey Laval, It was called Labelle Pizzeria. In my teenage years, my father purchased a restaurant in Italy we loved working there for a few years before returning to Montréal. My father bought a pizza restaurant in west Montréal, and after school I knew the restaurant business was for me. Fast forward many years later, and the Paliotti family is still enjoying the restaurant business. Today we have two locations, Downtown Maple Ridge and Downtown Abbotsford. Paliotti’s Italian Restaurants are truly a family business with family’s working at Paliotti locations, all training to be cooks and learning the business of the restaurant. Since 1980, three generations of Paliottis have been serving great Italian food in generous portions!

Business Owner

Owner Joe Paliotti learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business from while growing up working in his family’s establishments. Today, Joe owns Paliotti’s Italian restaurant and manages it along with his family — a business they have been in for over fifty years. Joe is still using classic family recipes to make the most delicious Italian food, and he is dedicated to offering great fresh food and superb service at a fair price. Most of all, he has kept the oldest tradition running — Paliotti family members are still cooking the food and working in the restaurants as they have been since the 1960s!
