I ordered a plant arrangement for my father to be delivered at 4pm on a Friday, the girl who placed my order was really nice, but after that everything kind of went haywire and the arrangement was never delivered. I called that Friday about 5pm and another girl who helped me had no idea what was going on and because she didn’t want to deal with me told me to call back the following day. When I asked for a manager she wouldn’t pass me on. When I told her I was calling from California and paying long distance to get the run around, I wanted help. Anyway, arrangement was delivered after 9pm that night. I stewed about this for the whole weekend and on Monday I wrote to their headquarters and explained what happened. I was surprised when I got a response that same day and on Tuesday the store manager called me. When I explained what happened he made no excuses for his employeed but of course offerred his apologies. This is why I gave them three stars: the girl who took my original order was knowledgeable and professional, the arrangement looked amazing(masculine, and the plants are still alive to this day) and the store manager was very nice and to make up for the error sent my father a gift card with a value of half of the arrangement. For these reasons alone, I would use Save On Foods again
