Corporate sucks and anything with warranty is about as good as a kick in the head.

will never, ever, ever, ever ever buy from here again. a couch we purchased from here completely fell apart within the first year of use, and we are not rough on our furniture. customer service is a NIGHTMARE — you always just get sent to a call centre and the person you’re talking to always seems completely clueless. the sales rep who opened the Brick account for my boyfriend entered his personal information wrong — spelling his name wrong, and entering the wrong phone number, so when they were supposed to contact us regarding delivery(which was twice, once when we purchase the couch, the 2nd time when we sent it to be fixed) they couldnt get a hold of us. even after asking 3 separate employees to correct the info in their system it remained incorrect! so annoying! as mentioned above, we had to send our couch in 1 year later to be repaired — staples had starting ripping the center cushion, and the recliner on one side did not close properly, among other issues. this was a horrible experience in and of itself. we phoned in mid-December requesting the pickup, and the CSR told us we would be called back by a ‘technician’. this ‘technician’ did not call us back until late January, showed up 2 weeks later to look at it — and then tell us in another 2 weeks they could pick it up and take it to their repair centre. when we got it back they had fixed about half of the issues we pointed out, but not all. definitely not worth what we had paid for the extended warranty; we were so unimpressed. we just got rid of said couch, 3 yrs after buying. overall– terrible quality furniture, terrible customer service reps, annoying salesmen who follow you all around the store. will never buy from here again, and i know a lot of folks who have said the same.

At all three visits to this store we were underwhelmed by the level of service offered. The sales staff was condescending and not eager to offer service. We were determined to buy a mattress set, and an expensive one at that but at every turn there were obstacles: mattress not easily available, delivery delayed. When the mattress/box-springs were delivered they supposedly didn’t have room to remove the old mattresses(what about the space vacated by the new mattress?) and on and on. It was like pulling teeth to make a purchase here. We will not return.
