Jack’s Classic Nails & Spa

I thought I would give Jack’s another try since my friend goes there all the time. Went in today for a pedicure. It started out ok. The girl with the glasses asked me if I wanted the nails cut which I did. A few were too long. Next thing I know, she’s cut my big toe! WTF? It was already short she didn’t need to cut anything. Talk about pain and burning. I couldn’t even put my foot back in the water. So basically I sat there with my toe stinging like crazy the whole time. And she didn’t even do a good job of painting my nails either. A bit sloppy to be honest.
When I went to pay, I was charged $ 31 for this pedicure with cut toe. No discount. No sorry. No nothing. Talk about bad customer service. I will try to talk to a manager later when I’m not so pissed off.

I love my appointments here and finally getting to know me here. Never a wait for a chair and the ladies are friendly and funny. Tons of colours to choose from. Takes usually less then an hour before I’m on my way. Highly recommend them! Me and my toes are delighted.

Perfect day at Jack’s salon with my sis, mom and daughter! Got a pedi and mani for a great price and my 4 yr old got her nails painted too! The staff is great and attentive to all clientele. We all left painted and feeling pampered! You gotta go here! The little town of Airdrie has a gem of a nail salon and I know my mom is there on a regular basis. Probably one of their best customers! Jack’s is awesome. Good Nails, pedicures, eyebrows, everything!

The place is dirty, they do not clean the nail stations between customers and I went for a touch up on my toe nails as the original place I had the pedicure was not open so I went to Jack’s and they put the blue slip on flip flops and when I went to leave they said I could not leave with the flip flops and they took them off my feet, put back in the packing they came in and put back in drawer for the next customer to use. I would not recommend this place for anyone
