Chapters Indigo

Whenever I am out this way I usually pop in to browse. I think I like this location the best because it’s never crowded and I can usually find what I want here — no disappointment about things being sold out.
I find this location also has one of the bigger selection of bargain books. How can you go wrong with book for under $ 10?!
Over the years Chapters has really expanded and offers way more than reading material for your bathroom! Home décor (picture frames, knick knacks, candles); glassware; perfumes/​soaps; jewelry and accessories– the lust goes on!
This is one location where I’ve also seen them carry the Honor brand — the Jessica Alba brand of products.
The staff are always friendly– asking me if they can help me and just by being on the floor. I never have to look very long if I do need help.

A location not in a mall! Yes!
Very open with high ceilings and different levels. The gift section is very large; larger than the Starbucks!
The selection is great and so are the staff. They can find anything and they are knowledgeable about books; they don’t just work there.
It’s also less crowded than Chapters found at malls. These are usually entrances to the mall, but at this location, they are actual customers; not just people walking through or getting coffee.

Very comfortable place to shop. I like having the chairs and benches to sit down to peruse a stack of books to decide on purchases. A good selection of specialty-​topic books and diverse magazines available here, too. I also love the Clearance shelves. If you’re looking for a gift, there are bags and wrap available as well as giftables which aren’t books for those who love décor or gourmet foods.
The best spot is the attached Starbucks. Post-​purchase you can curl up with a latte and read away an afternoon.

I have never walked into this place and ‘not’ been able to find what I came for. Above and beyond books and magazines, they have a wonderful selection of ‘other stuff’, especially journals. A great place for gift ideas… just have a wander around and let this place inspire you. And as with most Chapters I’ve been to, the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.

I love the fact that you can read here and no one will irritate you esp with the Starbucks attached in here makes it more awesome to have a coffee and relax with a good read.
