We also create vow renewal cermonies and naming ceremonies for babies and children, as an alternative to a traditional baptism. These ceremonies are also about the people involved and their families to encompass their beliefs.

Business Owner

Aileen Dockerty is a Wedding Officiant licensed by the Government of Ontario under the Marriage Act. Aileen is also a Family and Funeral Celebrant certified by the United Kingdom Society of Celebrants.

Aileen was born and educated in Manchester, England and consequently an avid fan of Manchester United and the Lancashire County Cricket Club.

Aileen has lived in Durham Region for more than 20 years and before that in the hub of Toronto. With a background in legal work, Aileen honed her legal writing skills into soulful, meaningful celebrant wedding, naming, funeral and vow renewal ceremonies.

As a Certified Celebrant and Wedding Officiant, Aileen is able to write and create a ceremony which will be fitting, bespoke and heartfelt. At the same time, she also creates a personalized ceremonies which are more traditional.

Aileen is inlusive of couples with all beliefs as well as LGBT couples looking for a beautiful and personalized ceremony to reflect their own journey.
