History

Established in 2007.

I love being Ajax’s chiropractor more and more every day!

Helping patients meet and maintain optimal health is my goal. I love working with children and adults of all ages to make a positive impact on their health.

With an emphasis on peak performance for more than 8 years, I combine specialties of prenatal, pediatric and sports chiropractic, stress management, women’s heath, and nutrition at my chiropractic practice in Ajax .

My clientele includes pregnant mothers, newborns, children, teens, business executives, as well as celebrities in film and television. In addition, I frequently contribute to corporate wellness programs, am a featured guest speaker for community organizations, and make appearances on television (rogers daytime link) from time to time.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Tara D.

Business Owner

I believe that health is our most precious commodity and it has to be our choice to live in a wellness model. I believe that people should eat a healthy balanced diet made from locally grown fruits & vegetables, made at home with minimal preservatives and additives and people should exercise on a regular basis. I believe that families need to spend more quality time together, people need a positive mental attitude and people need regular chiropractic adjustments to ensure that there is minimal interference on their nervous systems.

I attended Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia which is where I am from. I acquired my Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. It was my full intention growing up to become a medical doctor, more specifically a pediatrician. I came to an early realization that medicine is mostly about sickness, disease, and over medication. I believe it is far more impactful to identify the disease instead of merely treating the symptoms of a disease.
