Arrived at 3:30 and the place was all mine…
grabbed a table near the flat-​screen…
sort of ikea meets ultimate fighter vibe to this hole in the wall, Vietnamese joint along the many miles of the Highway…
I’m not sure how it compares to authentic. but I doubt it even comes close, it gets two stars just for being local…
long story short…
The Seafood Phõ arrives and it turns out to be — Imitation crab —
the spring rolls w peanut sauce, were just ok.
but, once again — ‘mystery meat. forced meat. fish balls’ made fast and served cheap, if that’s your thing???

This is the best phở that I have ever come across, hands down!
Soup broth is nice and beefy, salad rolls are fresh and made to order, yummy spring rolls and the deep fried wontons are actually a decent size opposed to other asian restaurants. Prices are more than fair and the service is warm and friendly!
