We also bought a house with an existing hot tub. I’ve done my own repairs so far (including a pump rebuild) so I can’t comment on the service. When I went in a free water test, chemicals and a couple of small parts they were very helpful and answered all my questions.

Buyer beware! They are very nice when selling you equipment, however servicing is another thing. Had so much trouble with them. Just google reviews for this company and you will find many unhappy customers. I used the one in ancaster. Arrogant and did not care to resolve issue! Told me 3500 to fix my hot tub after many visits. They quoted me the high amount because it was clear to me that they did not want to work on it. For that amount I would have purchased a new one. Not offered. Nothing offered. Had another friend come over and said lets fix it ourselves. $ 35 dollars later it was fix! No joke! I will never deal with them again. Also in phoning around for other hot tub companies to deal with, 3 of them said they get calls ALL the time from dissatisfied customers!!! Please do your home work! I had so much trouble and spent well over $ 1500 dollars. If I could rate a minus I would have!
