What the heck just happened here?
I was up in Barrie at Georgian College for the weekend and got hungry (wild, right? Stay with me.) and I had a craving for chicken. KFC looked like a good bet, but when I got there it was boarded up (damn you, Google street view!) so I had to choose between Tim Hortons (meh), Subway (meh), or this place. A bit of a hole-​in-​the-​wall, and with the staff a little less than attentive (or even acknowledging my presence initially), I didn’t get my hopes up. I chose a slice of Canadian pizza from their menu. 5 minutes later, back in the car, I took out the slice, and that’s when things got real.
Holy mother of baked dough — I am going to say this is right up there with the best fricking pizza I’ve ever had. The dough was nice and crispy on the outside, and melt-​in-​your-​mouth soft on the inside. Toppings were plentiful, and it was actually hot enough to burn my mouth — as if it was freshly baked. Not only that, it was a massive slice — much more than you get from the typical chain places.
Even with the décor and staff friendliness perhaps not being top notch, I just can’t justify not giving 5 stars here. Something that has made me actually look forward to the next time I drive to Barrie has got to be worth that. Now excuse me while I wipe the drool from my chin.

Decent pizza for the price! I would definitely recommend! Friendly staff and quick service.
