History

Established in 2011.

Angela Francis studied arts for over a decade and has a passion for the arts in every form… not to mention her love of food! She put them together, which helps to create some unique designs. She took the Wilton Cake Decorating courses and continues to upgrade and learn as much as she can.

Pocketful of Sunshine Cupcakes currently creates homemade desserts for all occasions and for everyone. We push artsy ideas to come up with new and exciting flavours. We make your treats with love and a pocketful of sunshine! Please bear with us as we build our business from the ground up!

Meet the Business Owner

Angela F.

Business Owner

Angela is a Canadian/​Grenadian artist who has studied arts for over a decade. She studied Fine Arts at Georgian College in Barrie, and animation at the Art Institute of Toronto, before moving on to pursue the many career choices the world had to offer. She then obtained a Bachelor of Visual Arts at UWI in the Caribbean where she discovered a new style; that creativity can be fluid and liberated. Upon returning to Canada she did Wilton Cake Decorating and continues to upgrade and learn as much as she can.
