We are a full service construction company that has been established since 1997. We assist our clients from the conception stage of a project to completion. We began in Government buildings and medical centers in Ottawa ON and expanded the business to Vancouver BC in 2008. Quesnel Construction had the opportunity to be involved in the re-​branding of a Best Western into a Sheraton, updated 158 bathrooms at the Holiday Inn Whistler Village Centre, renovated both a fitness center and a Concierge lounge at the Marriott in Richmond BC as well as several other small projects, all in preparation for the 2010 Olympics. During the winter of 2010, we returned to Ottawa and renovated 480 bathrooms at the Ottawa Marriott hotel successfully within the three month deadline.

History

Established in 1997.

Quesnel Construction was established in 1997, in Ottawa, ON by Nicolas Quesnel. Starting out as a small company, QC began working under larger construction companies where Nic was able to create a positive reputation and developed lasting relationships with many of their clients.

By 2000, Quesnel Construction was working directly with Property Managers that managed several federal buildings, the Parliamentary Precinct and the House of Commons. All three of these clients were the main focus of business for the following 7 years. Providing excellent service and straight forward honesty; Quesnel Construction was growing at a steady pace.

In late 2007 when the world economy was in dire straight, Quesnel Construction had to change their way of securing contracts and ensure the future of the company. Quesnel Construction relocated to British Columbia in early 2008 in anticipation of the 2010 Olympics, where they began their existing relationship with the hospitality industry.
