My family has been a customer since he has opened his doors in the West Island. I bought both an engagement ring, and my weeding bands from the Beaconsfield store. I have also referred numerous people to him. The owner Mr. Mansur has always been honest with me. In fact once he misquoted me a price and honored it because he had made the error.
The only downside, is sometimes when he is busy he may forget to call you when your item is ready. This is a small price to pay for his impeccable work.
