Boston Pizza

I mostly do take out and order a pizza and most of the time it is under cook or to over cooked, and the presentation is terrible I’m getting tired of it.

I’ve been here a couple years ago and my parents chose to dine here again last Thursday night. They ordered the prime rib burgers and I had the steak sandwich cooked medium. It arrived well over done, semi dry and happened to be the worst NY cut I ever saw. The Caesar salad and bread were delish but the cheap low quality steak was disappointing especially for being in Alberta. I will say that the service was excellent so I gave 2 stars.

Today is not the day to eat here. Being the only people in the entire place one would assume the food could come out cooked… That was not the case unfortunately. Today the food is well below average. As for our waitress’s, perhaps she is having a bad day as she is defiantly not friendly.
Go somewhere else today and maybe try again tomorrow.

Good family restaurant. Quick service and okay food.
Recommend trying the bacon wrapped steak bites. The steak was tender but the bacon was burnt. Good if you like it this way.
Would recommend for a family meal.

Very good service in both the lounge and restaurant. The food is good and arrives quickly. Happy to have a bps in Beaumont as there aren’t really many more restaurant options. The Tuscan pizza is delicious.

I was really excited to see this come into Beaumont but have been disappointed for quite some time…
I tried the delivery 6 times, each time I received wrong food or missing items, everything from missing sides or salads with no dressing. When we have called the customer service seems decent enough but the issues are never corrected.
The customer service is terrible if you are looking to go in to dine. Their menu is apparently iron clad. No room to switch a side out on many of their items or use gluten free pasta instead of regular even if you’re willing to pay extra. Things that other BP restaurants will do no problem. Your request is met with attitude.
Today was my last attempt at liking this place, looking forward to some competition moving in…

This is a nice Boston Pizza in the beautiful suburb of Beaumont.
I found that there was an older crowd here (and a lot more families). It was a nice atmosphere though.
The food was just like every other Boston Pizza so I was satisfied in that sense. The staff was friendly too. It was nice because I haven’t had a lot of experiences with happy BPs servers.
The restaurant itself was a typical Boston Pizza, newer. It was nice.
I had a good experience at this location. Check it out if you’re in the neighborhood!
