Horrible walk in experience. I went into the almost empty store about 8:10 this evening. I was the only person in line. After 30 seconds a staff came to the cash, picked something up and wifhout acknowledging me she left. A patron who was seated walked up to the cihnter asking for knives etc. I waited an additional 2 minutes and eventyally said fuck it and I walked out.
It will be a long long time before I walk through these doors again.
Management: you have customer service training that needs to be done here.
