Signature Contracting

When we were looking for someone to do our basement renovation, we did what everyone else would… we asked around. After getting nowhere, we finally went on
. On there we found Signature Contracting, and along with other contractors, we asked a few to come in to give a quote.
Chris came in to our home and he was extremely helpful. He looked around and helped us with design ideas and also with great advice on what to do and not to. He also gave us a quick lesson on what pressures we should avoid from other contractors that would cost us more and would not be necessary.
I was impressed at the end of his presentation. He had his iPad with him and showed me the possibilities we could have when it would be all done. He was not pressing me into doing anything I didn’t like. The whole visit was about how they could do what we wanted in a timely fashion and with a great quote. It was a done deal.
Chris showed up right on time when he said he would and him and his crew began working on our basement. The framing was done by the second day! Unreal speed. By the end of the 2^nd week they were putting up drywall. Overall impressed.
What impressed us the most about Signature was their professionalism. I must have sent 100 emails/​texts and they were always answered with courtesy and in a timely manner. Once the project was done they were there to show us around and I was extremely thankful for all their hard work and above all how the basement was done. They included everything we asked for and then some. They even went ahead and repainted after we changed our minds on the colour of the paint. They even did some extra stuff for us such as seal the floors of the storage room and the laundry and install fluorescent lights in the laundry room and the storage room.
