This is for the review on the condominiums in the resort when we came to snowboard for Local January. We rented off air bnb so each unit is different from our cousins rented unit. But! They all have the same cookie cutter layout. The Resort is just off the main road, so it isn’t so hard to find. It’s sorta easy to get in and out of. There’s a spot where the street narrows a bit, but that doesn’t bother me at all. Parking spots are plentiful, and the people who run the place keep the streets tidy from the snow. They even have people shovel snow off in the morning as well. We had the back units, so it’s a teeny tiny bit of a walk from the streets. I really don’t mind that either, because after we were settled, we were pretty much good to go. Plus were able to cook our own food. Which means, thrifty vacay! Location is key, and being right next to the slopes is super awesome. Just wake up, walk over, buy tickets and enjoy snowboarding. God truly makes an awesome planet.

We booked what we thought was through blue mountain on but they did not specify it’s was blue mountain SPRINGS they recently purchased property by the blue mountain village upon check in it was a $ 1600.00 deposit that was more then what we paid for 4 days. Then they told us that the condos we stayed at had NOPOOL. We arrived at the condo and it was disgustingly dirty broken doors unfinished drywall pipping issues NOPHONE for local calls no wifi not even to pay for it and one room key for a 3 bedroom do they really think that we purchased a 3 bedroom that fits 8ppl and everyone was always together. We have been going up to Blue mountain for 30years and this was the worst condo we stayed at not maintenance well. I love but beware that it may not be Blue Mountain resort but Blue Mountain Springs. Will be calling to check next time booking. Beware they are wannabes

Nice place, friendly staff and clean rooms. Felt very welcome. Mainly updated rooms, kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and such. Great view, rooms good size. Pullout couch bed is old and uncomfortable; also no extra sheets or pillows for this bed. All closet doors were broken and very hard to use. Decks and deck furniture were in rough shape– chairs and tables dirty/broken. Amazing pool and hottub; spacious and clean. Good amount of parking spaces. ‘The Lodge’ resturant was beautiful; very updated, bright, clean and spacious. Food was great, staff very kind and chatty(in a good way) Close to beach, ski hill, attractions. Good for families. Like expected, loud and roudy University age students arrive Friday night. Cause disruptions– just keep in mind. Would definatly reccomend.
