You guys are terrific!
I bought a computer for my mother before I moved out of the country so we could Skype. She was recently having trouble with it so I suggested she bring it in for a diagnostic.
She lives in Bolton and found DC Computers.
These days, it is so easy to be impatient with older, non-​computer savvy people, but the person she dealt with (Adrian) was so kind to her and treated my mother with respect and patience. He helped her get her computer running and even took the time to show her how to use e-​mail on her new browser! (she had never learned how to attach a picture).
