Archibald’s is a Fruit Winery specializing in Award Winning 100% Ontario Fruit Wines. Apple varietals are grown right here & hand picked at the peak of flavour to produce wine. Other fruit are sourced from our «neighbours» throughout Ontario. Fred Archibald is the farmer & the wine maker. We also specialize in gourmet foods & beautiful gift baskets. In the fall, the orchard is buzzing with families picking their favourite apples fresh off the tree. AND from spring to fall, parts of our orchard are home to Cider House Golf, our 9 hole par 3 golf course. Lots of reasons to visit us!

History

Established in 1967.

The first trees were planted on this family farm in 1968. Archibalds was strictly a wholesale business until 1983 when we opened with «Pick your own» apples. After several years of «r & d», our Winery opened in 1997. Cider House Golf, our most recent project, opened its doors to golfers in 2004.
