My approach to Coaching is a holistic one that includes both Western and Eastern methodologies. Key elements of the Coaching programs involve deepening your mind-​body connection, strengthening your intuition, releasing negative emotions, moving past self-​limiting beliefs, and creating an action plan to get you toward your goals.

During our time together, I’ll assist you in looking deeper to unearth the root cause of your discomfort, breaking through limitations, and harnessing your power. You’ll be provided with direction and concrete solutions in the areas of health, family, relationships, personal development, life purpose, and career.

Established in 2009.

My personal life mission is to work with as many people as possible to empower them to live to their highest potential. Over the past 7 years I’ve shared in the human potential movement both internationally and within the Toronto community. Later, these experiences inspired me to create Big Dreams Transformational Services — an organization that is passionate about building ongoing relationships with clients and showing them that they are capable of more than they ever imagined. You can heal your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wounds and I want to assist you on your journey!

My own journey consists of an extensive «formal» education and experience in community development, Coaching, Neuro-​Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy™ as well as the, completely authentic and real life journey through laughter, tears, sweat and deeply unconscious fears as I made my way toward embracing my own inner strength and power.

I thrive on using these tools, knowledge, and experiences to continuously assist others in seeing the obstacles that are preventing them from fulfilling their aspirations. So many people are unaware of the deep seeded fear and isolation that is preventing them from taking that first step toward their desired destiny and it is my objective to show you how you can transcend those limitations.

We all have pure positive potential within us that is just waiting to be unleashed. I want to assist you in tapping into this potential and manifesting your dream life. It IS possible.
