Specialties
We specialize in smoked brisket and pulled pork sandwiches and have many delicious variations using these products. Our burgers are ground fresh daily as well as fresh cut fries. We also offer gluten free products including our delicious fish and chips, onion rings, gravy and our own home made gluten free buns.

History
Established in 2010.
The Briskit was established in 2010 via our Wilkinson location. We opened this second location in 2014.
Since opening the business December 10, 2010, we have continuously expanded our menu to include daily specials and gluten free items. We concentrate on simple, but hardy meals while maintaining the personal and homey feel in our restaurants. There is a complete catering menu available on our website.
