With the recent renovations this gym is spectacular. The space is massive and it feels like a big warehouse at 5am. I like the variety of options for weights, cardio, and classes that you can do at anytime of the day. Add on the fact that it has 24 hours a day access and this place is great. Plenty of parking as well which gives you 0 excuses to not workout.

I would say it my less favourite location to go here.
They have recently renovated so the space is larger. There is a nicely sized women’s section with free weights, machines and a lot of cardio machines. The coed workout area has a nice selection of weights and cardio equipment.
This location also has a spinning room, a hot yoga area (bramalea doesn’t have one), two group exercise rooms (one coed and one women’s only).
The changeroom for women is also nice and large with a lot of lockers available. A hot steam room is also available.
The staff here is almost non existent, I don’t really notice them other than when I come in and they scan my membership. There have been a few instances where I did speak with them and it wasn’t the greatest experience.
Overall, this location is clean and good enough to work out in!

I trained at this Gym from 2010 to 2012 and really loved working out there. The staff (for the most part) are pretty upbeat and encouraging. I always find it helpful when I can count on a friendly smile and a hello on those days when I really don’t want to work out.
There are plenty of machines and group classes. There are quite a few hard core fitness buffs training there, which can be either encouraging or make people feel self conscious. I personally found it encouraging.
There are enough parking spots in the mall, but it gets busy in the evening so you may have to traverse most of the parking lot to get to the entrance.
Changed to another gym when my place of business moved and miss training at this gym.

Overall, I hated going to this gym, but loved their hot yoga studio.
Terrible reception staff who are arrogant and rude
Lisa, is the best yoga instructor ever, she is friendly, pleasant and patient
The manager was uncaring and did nothing when I complained to her that parking was an issue for moms with infants and I requested a few priority parking spots be added, they did nothing.

I can’t believe this Goodlife is without a Unilocal review! Well here it goes…
This location used to be a bar/​nightclub called Raxx and that was around six years ago and once that ended the Goodlife gym popped up.
I have been going to this gym since May and I really like the place! There is a women’s only section with women’s only classes and that is where I can be found. I have tried numerous classes including:
Newbody (a light intro class that uses light weights to work the entire body)
Zumba (Latin inspired dance and fitness)
Body Flow (Yoga, Pilates, meditation and my personal fav.)
Body Attack (Cardio class)
Cardio Blast (Bootcamp style Cardio class. hence the name)
Firm Parts (centers around the use of free weights for an entire body workout)
Awesome Abs (Short ab workout class)
I am still exploring the club and classes, I am very satisfied with the staff and instructors. They are attentive, funny and give everyone the workout that they need.
This is a nice gym but ladies can be pigs and sometimes the ladies washrooms are gross… C’mon ladies, clean up after yourselves.

This gym has some good, some bad.
I’ve been here twice. It is big, there’s more equipment than the one at the bcc, parking hasn’t been an issue yet, there is hot yoga and towel service at this location, the lockers are larger, the women’s side is huge and has way more equipment than the one at the bcc, the people are more intense here (that could be good or bad), the gentleman at the front desk was helpful, the lady made me feel stupid for not knowing where anything was even though I told her I’d never been there before.
Hot yoga is free for members on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. and Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
You need to get a stamp to enter the class so get there a bit early.
It wasn’t the best hot yoga I’ve been to.
The room is small and the floors are made of mats instead of hardwood.
It wasn’t as hot as other studios but I was still sweating buckets.
I didn’t find the teacher was spectacular either, but you get what you pay for.
I liked how they had more machines, I didn’t find myself waiting for anything.
I haven’t used the free weights yet, so I’m not sure about that aspect.
The mats at the back of the room STINK. Eww wth I have never smelled mats like that before.
There is a room on one side for work out classes and another room for spin classes.
The showers aren’t as new as the one at the Bramalea City Centre and the sauna is older but everything works fine.
There are blow driers, cream, shampoo, conditioner, and an ironing board which is standard for any Goodlife.
The locker room is very spacious.
I only saw two massage chairs here and my boyfriend says they aren’t very good.
There are so many temptations around here… candies at Giant tiger, Pizza at Dominos, Mcdonalds, the beer store.
It’s hard to resist.
24 hrs Monday to Thursday.
Only open till 6 on Saturday! Booooo.

Equipment is clean and up to date, but the staff and management don’t make the experience as good as it could be. I’ve had issues booking personal trainers. Spent half a personal training session that I paid for, listening to a sales pitch. Missed group fitness classes because they started ahead of time and the instructor didn’t identify the class.
Management has a «don’t care» attitude when issues arise & desk staff is barely welcoming.
I will say that the monthly rates and personal training rates are affordable though, and there’s a nice women’s only section.
