This place opens late. Like midnight late. That would be the only pro about this place for shiftworkers like me.
Now on to the cons.
I was brought in 30 minutes late. No biggie.
I booked for an eyelash perm.
When the lady was done, no perm.
My lashes looked exactly the same. She tried to convince me there was a difference but there wasn’t. Then she said my lashes were «too straight.» Well, why else would I want a perm?
To make matters worse, they over charged me. Their website advertised $ 20 and they charged me $ 35. Talk about false advertising.
I paid for a service I didn’t get and the salon did not even recognize it.
Will not be returning.

A friend recommended this place for nails. I went today to get acrylic nails done. The guy did such a terrible job. I am so disappointed. I asked him and the other ladies to fix the nails and they were hesitant and he had the gall to be upset.

I was not at all impressed with the Brazilian bikini wax I received today. The procedure normally takes 45 minutes to an hour, but the woman who waxed me seemed to think that faster was better (or was trying to rush me out since my appointment started 20 minutes late) and had me done in literally 15 minutes. This made it much more painful than any other wax I’ve had, that and the fact that she kept rewaxing spots immediately after doing them the first time which I’ve always been told is a huge no no by other professionals.
Her customer service skills weren’t great either, she barely spoke to me and did not explain what she was doing at all. I found her very unprofessional and her work was sloppy. I won’t be getting waxed here again, this was a last minute appointment because Merle Norman couldn’t fit me in. I’d recommend going there.

This place is the true definition of a hidden gem. If you have ever visited this complex (located where giggling tomatoes, rose, something sweet 4 u and phở mi 99 is) you probably drove right by it. It looks small from the outside but good things come in small packages. They offer a wide variety of services but I come specifically for the facials and massages. My first appointment was with Upinder and now I look forward to seeing her every month. She brings my skin back to life, heals my aching muscles and we talk about everything. The prices are extremely reasonable, the service is professional and the facility is clean. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
