In & Out Car Wash

Excellent and very attentive service. Assisted me to move items out of my trunk and responded well to my concerns for specific areas in need of extra cleaning. My previously filthy car looks beautiful!

My entire family has been using this In & Out Car Wash for 3 generations. It is a well established business and you will be hard pressed to find any other that does such a thorough job. I see the same employees there for 10 years + which is indicative of a well run business. So popular and so well known that sometimes you will see Paid Duty Police directing traffic at the intersection to allow proper traffic flow because of the car wash lineup. I would not go anywhere else — well worth the wait — and the lineup goes quite quickly.

Luckily I came here before reading the previous reviews lol. In and out car wash is exactly what it is. When I arrived there was quite a line up reaching the street entrance. I expected to be waiting for 30 minutes but I was in line for less than ten. Once I got to the front of the line the entire process took less than 15 minutes. I was literally in and out of there. They washed my car mats, washed the exterior, hand dried the exterior, vacuumed my seats and wipes down my dash board for 27 dollars including tax (called the works). I believe the service was well worth the money considering I really didn’t want to vacuum and wipe down my car in the winter. The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because if you have hair or feathers on your seats they aren’t detailed and thorough enough to get them all but I didn’t expect perfection for 27 dollars. They aren’t rude but they aren’t friendly. They just work quickly and efficiently which is fine with me.

While In & Out used to be a great full service car wash, the last three times I’ve gone the staff seem apathetic to customers, the management is disorganized and the finish product on the premium works package is anything short of premium. I paid for a seat shampoo and had to tell four people who kept touching my car about the added service and when they told me the car was done, you guessed it, they forgot to do the seat. After I left and drove into the sunshine I noticed that they over sprayed armor-​all all over my windshield. Seems these guys are paid so poorly they couldn’t care less to even smile let alone do a good job.

WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD
I did option number 2 cost me $ 27.
AND THEY BROKE MY SIDE MIRROR & DID NOT APOLOGIZE!
The manager was very rude… He did not want to listen me and he took NO responsibility.
I took pictures of my broken mirror at their exit and will be taking the case to small claims court!
