The manicures are ok here but the customer service is mediocre. The owner/​manager always tells me that the wait will be 15 to 20 minutes and it’s always longer. Today she told me 15 – 20 minutes, then came over 20 minutes later and said it would be another 20 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes and the stops up to see where the guy I was waiting on was with his client, which was about half way through her acrylic manicure so I ended up waiting almost an hour and would have waiting another half an hour had I stayed.
I have no problem waiting but she could have told me he had just taken someone when I walked in since they apparently only have one person who can do acrylic nails in at a time.

Great service and good deals. Liked how ventilated the place was and overall friendly.
