Ken has 30 years of business operations and management experience with some of the top 20 Fortune 500 companies. Having lead customer operations and multi-site contact center operations Ken has amassed a wealth of business and operational knowledge. Ken created Orion Learning in 2010 to address the issue of weak online training and has grown Orion Learning into a global leader of training and certification programs.
