Poor customer service. Being new to brampton I was looking for a great salon. I rarely treat myself as I’m a busy mom but this place had a great Facebook page, so I thought I would go there for a new look. I asked for red hair, but they gave me purple! And then denied it was purple. All my kids, my husband, my family etc agree it looks purple! I always regret cutting my long hair which I said to the owner but she offered no small talk, instead I got an uneven bob cut from her. I cry a lot over how Raman ruined my hair, I strongly recommend you take your hair elsewhere. That being said the leave in stuff she put in my hair was best I ever had and my hair was left very soft.
