Rashmi’s Bakery also make cupcakes and cakes for every occassion like Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Anniversary Cakes, Baby Shower Cakes, Corporate Cakes & Custom Cakes.

Apart from cake, Rashmi’s Bakery offers baked goods and desserts which include

Many of the custom cakes (including some wedding cakes) can be done with 24 — 48 hours notice (or even with 1 — 2 hours notice) and many small cakes are in stock all the time.

Business Owner

I have always had keen interest in cooking and was known amongst my friends for my culinary skills. Being a very strict vegetarian, it was always a challenge to find 100% vegetarian bakery. When my son grew and wanted go to any of his friend’s birthday, I will pack him home made cake so that he won’t feel out of place. To make proper cake which will look professionally prepared, I spent 6 months perfecting recipe which was free from eggs and tasted better than cakes with eggs.

In 2007, Rashmi’s Bakery was born, while I was doing cakes for my friends from home. Within a year, I was getting so many orders that it became impossible to manage from home.

In 2008, our egg-​free, nut-​free and dairy-​free location in Brampton was open. Today, we have 12 full time employees doing cakes, pastries, desserts and baked goods. As business is growing fast, we are opening our 2^nd location (also gluten-​free), a 8,500 Sq. ft. state of the art bakery close to Square One in the heart of Mississauga.
