Value Village accepts donations of gently used clothing and household items. Every time you donate at Value Village we pay the Canadian Diabetes Association. Last year we were able to provide them with over 50% of their annual funding! In addition helping non-​profit organizations in the community, we also recycle a majority of the items we cannot sell by sending them them to developing nations! Not only that, but we also sell high quality used goods at great value. At Value Village you can find clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, collectables, and household goods at a fraction of their retail value!

History

Established in 2015.

This particular Value Village store opened March 12^th, 2015. So we’re basically brand new!

Our organization was established in San Francisco in 1954. Since our first store opened just over 60 years ago, we have grown to over 330 stores across Canada, the U.S., and Australia. In the last ten years, we have paid our non-​profit partners over 1.5 Billion Dollars (yes, that’s Billion with a «B») to fund vital community programs. Also, every year, we keep 650 million pounds of waste out of landfills through our recycling and re-​sale efforts. Most of the items we cannot sell are sent to developing nations to be re-​used! So we’re good for the community, good for the environment, and good for the world. Best of all you can find great finds at great value!
