History

Established in 2012.

A lot of my business has been travelling and a lot can come from just going somewhere, one single experience that leads to another to make any trip memorable. For me as I live these experiences I let new people into my life, new styles of creative thinking and processing, a whole separate new world becomes available to me.

My business has grown and developed into something adaptable, that can thrive in any kind of conditions. A business must be able to move forward in any direction and customer satisfaction is a key component to making the difference to a business. A business must be able to go above and beyond its natural limit and thats what i have done with vanDeefoto.

Business Owner

I have been taking pictures enthusiastically since the 12^th grade, after being handed that first camera and roll of film photography and I have been inseparable. Countless hours developing and honing my skills as a photograph, roll after roll and days spent developing them under the red light of the dark room was a very intimate process. Realizing then I was a photographer was different, I was able to see my potential, I saw where photography could take me.

The love for portraiture came when I was attending college, the most interesting was the different methods of communicating with your subject. Character studies were often done along side of images to form a comfortable, fluid relationship with me the photographer, the subject and the camera. To be able to adapt a character into any environment and create a balance of depth and light helps to make for a beautiful image.

With the experience I have gained I strive to show my side of the camera through a business of passion.
