Cupcakes from this place are a staple at every family get-together. Soft, huge, and flavourful. :)
Her shop is full of orders waiting for locals, which is *always* a good sign for a local bakery.

I had wanted to use a local bakery as a source for my wedding but I had mentioned to her that my fiancée at the time wanted the cake to be at least a foot high, and that I had wanted it to be a 3 tier cake. Based on the number of people I had for the wedding she had mentioned that this would be wasteful, basically reprimanding me on what should be what the CUSTOMER wants. Thus, I had to outsource it to someone from Toronto that did exactly what I wanted no questions asked. She proceeded to talk to me condescendingly as if I did not know what fondant was. Thus, I chose not to listen to her advice and sought out a different baker.
