I was told I’d receive a call the night before to confirm the time of the appointment. I never received a call the night before nor on the day of my appointment. I called them back the day of my appointment and after, unfortunately my calls and voicemails were ignored. I e-mailed Groupon for some help on the no-response situation and Groupon(surprisingly) managed to get in contact with«Corey.» «Corey» provided some sad excuse about having all his voicemail messages deleted and such. I was advised by Groupon to contact the company once more to reschedule my appointment. This time, there was no way for me to leave a voicemail so I called three times only to receive a text from«Corey» saying«Fuck off I’m working.» Ultimately, I voiced my complaints to Groupon where I was refunded and provided with some credit to my account. Hope your business rots!

No way to contact company other then a phone line they don’t answer. Don’t buy any of the coupons they have in multiple sites

Very difficult to actually schedule an appointment, and even once scheduled & confirmed, they don’t show up. They also stop answering voicemails and texts to inquire as to what is going on. You will see other posts to the same effect on the Better Business Bureau complaint board. Interestingly, they don’t list an address in the Yellow Pages or on their own website under«Contact Us» and Discussion boards are closed on Groupon and Wagjag to warn others. They don’t have a Unilocal listing(this one had to be created) so it’s hard to warn others. Beware!
