I want to give more stars but I feel service is different every time we go. Sometimes good, sometimes nasty. I love to come for breakfast, and I love to come for drinks. We contacted this location to host a breakfast and said we would have roughly 30 people coming. We didn’t know exact numbers, but in the end we had more people show up then expected. 30 people in and of itself was a task to manœuvre, but we managed after our original table wasn’t large enough and we needed to take up space in the bar behind our table. They were very short staffed it seemed until we realized why we weren’t getting good service. There was a hockey team having a buffet for breakfast so they were being catered to. Which nothing against them I’m sure they had their reservation too… but to book both of us at the same time and say sure there’s lots of room was really not a good idea. Most of the staff was busy with the buffet, so half of our group had finished their meals before the other half even got to order theirs. They were rude to some of our guests instead of being kind and tactful. If you cannot handle two large groups at the same time, tell us that when we called for the reservation. We could have gone elsewhere. Again — I don’t always have a difficult time here, many times it’s been wonderful, but because I’ve been on both ends, I had to go with the three star. I’ll still keep coming though. I like your breakfast sausages.

We have been coming here for a couple of years now for«American Thanksgiving» our good friends live in Burlington and have a «Turkey Bowl» on that day! This day is fun, they give away T shirts, have Thanksgiving inspired food and of course have all of the football games playing, plus hockey games and we even saw Curling on one of the TV’s — hey this is still Canada! We had the opportunity to meet Gator Ted himself, great guy — he showed us his new Tapas restaurant a few doors down(very nice, will have to try it next time) He hooked us up with the Thanksgiving poutine, it was awesome, simple fries & gravy, the cheese curds were from Quebec, then topped with turkey and the grand finale — homemade stuffing on top of it all! Everything you could ever want in turkey dinner! We always have the wings there too, they are a simple plain fried wing then tossed in sauce. Overall Gator Teds is a nicely sized local sports bar with lots of TV’s to watch. The wait staff is efficient and friendly. A great place to hang out with friends!

I have never been so disappointed and appalled to know that this bar doesn’t support Canada nation team in Woman’s soccer, or possibly all Canadian teams not sure, what I do know is that after putting on the World Cup for 70 minutes, some fellow Regular I assume came in and they changed the game irregardless of who was watching the soccer to watch 2 American hockey teams. These guys need to support their nation and all our young Canadian athletes shame on them. Food was mediocre I won’t go to an establishment that won’t support the Canadian youth

The food at gator teds was good I had the burger however it is pretty standard as in every restaurant seems to have the same one and at the same time they are enforcing a 21 plus drinking policy so not all my friends could have a beer despite being over 19 years if age so for the price if you are not over 21 or just don’t want to drink I would suggest looking at other franchise sports bars

Went there for the first time last night because we received a coupon in the mail for 2 for 1 wings. My friend got the wings, which were big and had nice sauce. I ordered the fish and chips which were very greasy and nothing special. A couple hours later, my friend puked up the wings. The service was good, but we wont be going back.

First time there and was seriously impressed with the Mussels. healthy portion, warm bread and extremely friendly and fast service. If you need to watch any sport this place should do the trick as every inch of every wall seems covered with a TV! Looks like they have a steady local following.

The Bruschetta with balsamic glaze was so good, we got another order to take home on our way out. Steak was excellent, as was the french onion soup. The boneless wings are a little over breaded, but still very delicious. Would highly recommend and will return.
