Getting an iPhone4 from any Rogers store has been very trying, for customers and I know for store staff. I got one today and I can’t say enough about the excellent service given to me by Krista. None stop phone calls and people walking in for iPhone 4’s and she was the one handling it all. She was professional and kept smiling through all of it. One of the best retail people I’ve ever dealt with, thanks Krista!!!
The store has been very good over the years to me, bought a few phones here, set up a plan, always good for answering questions. On top of all that it’s a great store for renting DVD’s, Blurays & games. Tons of cell phones and accessories of all kinds.
