Brian Kahn, the founded of Select Sandwich, has a passion for restaurant management and food preparation. He opened his first restaurant in 1979, with the goal to offer a fresh and healthy menu to his customers. Select Sandwich is now a corporate catering chain that is trusted by many Ontarians, year after year.
