not even worth anything. should had read all the reviews before we trust them again. Terrible communication, skill and services. them’ve been wasted my for 12 days to living in the cold house without the heater with my family include 3 children. luck you if you got the 5 starts service for them. it’s very clear to see that most people had not very impressed at those experience.
we are lucky our house wasn’t got burning from their «work» after all.

We had some emergency work done in November which could potentially have cost a lot of disruption and money, but the plumber who came out to do the work was very creatve and came up with a great solution. I have no problem with the technical staff at Allied. The office staff, on the other hand, are a nightmare. Our bill was split between us and our fellow strata member. We chose to pay by credit card and she by cheque. We paid our share and got a confirmation from someone at Allied on December 12. We returned from vacation on Feb.11 to a message from our fellow strata member that Allied had called her and told her we had not paid our share of the bill and they wanted to close out the file. I immediately called Allied and was told that indeed our bill had been paid on Dec.12 and it was all confirmed. This morning, someone named Jessica from Allied called to ask when we would be paying our share of the bill. When my husband tried to tell her that I had already had a conversation with her office yesterday she hung up on him. I subsequently called to see what was going on and was told by Kelly that Jessica shouldn’t have called. No apology, just she made the call in error. When I asked to speak to the owner or owners, Kelly was most unhelpful. It is a shame that the administration side of this business is so poor when the work of the plumbers in excellent. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I live in a Strata building downtown on Pendrell Street. Over the years we have had the WORST plumbers. Then along came Allied. I have no idea what went wrong with the negative reviews already posted but I will tell you this these guys are AMAZING. Very trustworthy, can’t do enough to help, are always on time, shoes off at the front door before entering, extremely polite and definitely know their job. I would 100% recommend them. They are the best we have ever had and trust me we have had our fair share of plumbers who don’t know what they are doing. Well done Allied, you have my vote — you are the best.

As far as I’m concerned they get 1 star. Would give 0 but I can’t! Too bad as the receptionist tried her best. There was also a misunderstanding between mom&I. I thought it was the gas fire place-​she meant gas furnace. Not really sure if that would make a difference! My Mom’s gas furnace pilot kept burning out. Technician told me he had to replace the thermocouple but that we might have to replace gas valve. That same day gas furnace pilot went out. Next day asked him to call me-​no call. Called back next day and asked for him to call. No call. Called them back on Friday. And through his receptionist, he said he’d call at end of day. Yeah right. No call. Called another company in & turns out he did replace thermocouple but did it poorly and he should’ve at least cleaned the gas orifice. Obviously he did not know what he was doing and it cost us $ 178. Do not call these guys! Call Crestwood Plumbing & Heating instead!

Completely not invested in their customer or people working for them. I talked to the head guy/​owner and he was clearly in a different mindset and was not focused at all on our conversation. He didn’t even want to be in the same room to have a conversation with me (so it seemed through his body language). Not a good way to run a business, especially to people who may want to help and bring you future business. Maybe he was pre-​occupied putting out a fire in the work day. If that was the case than someone else should’ve talked to me who was more capable of being invested in the conversation.
